Dr. Waters owns WAI Enterprises, Inc., which is a training and consulting company.  The company provides business materials such as books, audiocassettes, seminars, and home-study programs.  We also offer self-instructional formatted continuing professional education (CPE) credit courses online for new and experienced entrepreneurs and accountants.

The fields of study for credit and noncredit courses are: Personal Development, Management Advisory Services (MAS) Practice Skills, Communications, Accounting/Auditing. 

The courses for entrepreneurs may include: How to Start a Business, How to Start an Import/Export Business, How to Start a Gift Basket Business and more.   

The majority of our instructors have a B.S./B.A degree; many have or are matriculating towards, M.A/M.S., and doctorate degrees. Our instructors have an average of 10 years experience in their specialized field. Our educational philosophy is to train our community for a better future.
